Welcome to Growthcraft! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Growthcraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Growthcraft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services.

Content generation within Growthcraft is currently "Unlimited*." However, we reserve the right to cap usage or throttle access if a user's content generation heavily outweighs the average usage within our user base or if we detect activities that abuse this privilege. This includes, but is not limited to, automated or hacked processes designed to generate more content than intended. Growthcraft also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
Users retain full ownership of all content generated through Growthcraft. Growthcraft does not claim ownership of your content. However, we reserve the right to monitor content for the purposes of diagnosing issues, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and improving or upgrading the Services.
Access to certain features of the Services requires payment of fees as outlined in our pricing section.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
All trademarks, content, and intellectual property within the Services remain the property of Growthcraft or its licensors.
You are granted a limited license to use the Services for personal or business purposes but not for commercial resale or redistribution.
Growthcraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growthcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Growthcraft harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or app, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
